The following is the default view you will see when you first enter the water market reports page. You can access the national summary reports via the 'Load Australia reports' button, or the state or territory reports by clicking on the map. Alternatively, you can click on the report links on the right to access the reports by report type (e.g. Allocation trade reports).

How to navigate within the report

Once you leave the water market reports homepage to access a specific report, you will be presented with a reporting view similar to one shown below (example shown below is for a state report water allocation trade volume). This view shows you the different report types available and enables you to easily switch between the various reports.

How to filter the report information

The report filer capability is accessible from the top of each report as shown above. The filter enables you to narrow down the information displayed in the report. You can filter the report information by location or water product (entitlement type, resource type and reliability type).

You can choose from three filter options:

Contains: Displays any product type (resource type, reliability or water access entitlement type) or any location (water system level, water resource plan area or trading zone level) in the current report which contains the filter text.

Starts with: Displays any product type (resource type, reliability or water access entitlement type) or any location (water system level, water resource plan area or trading zone level) in the current report that begins or starts with the filter text.

Ends with: Displays any product type (resource type, reliability or water access entitlement type) or any location (water system level, water resource plan area or trading zone level) in the current report that ends with the filter text.

The details of the current report view will be filtered accordingly. Information that matches your criteria (including information that forms part of the higher level aggregation) will be displayed while information that does not match your criteria will be hidden from your view. Note that the values in the higher level aggregation will not be recalculated based on the filtered information.

By default, on entry of each report the information is not filtered and contains all products for all locations within each state and territory.

Note: The filter is not case sensitive.
